Data Collection

Anzen Compliance collects data you provide directly: organization details, property information, assessment data, and photos. We also collect usage analytics to improve our service.

Data Storage

All data is stored in encrypted databases using Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+.

Data Usage

We use your data to provide compliance assessment services, generate reports, and power AnzenAI analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI Processing

When you use AnzenAI features, property photos and measurement data are sent to our AI provider for analysis. The AI provider does not store your data after processing.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request data deletion at any time. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact support@anzencompliance.com to exercise these rights.
